Terms and Conditions

• All services booked within a 30 mile radius of Llangollen do not incur a mileage charge.
• All individual services booked outside the 30 mile radius of Llangollen will incur a mileage fee to be determined by Beauty Be Aesthetics.
• All group services booked outside the 60 mile radius of Llangollen will incur a mileage fee to be determined by Beauty Be Aesthetics.

GoCardless / VIP Payment plans

• Treatment will only be given once the total payment plan monies received equals or exceeds the treatment price.
• All VIP Monthly payment plans are subject to a 10% APR administration charge. For example a £100 treatment spread over 12 months will cost a total of £110, and will cost £9.16 per month over the 12 months.
• None attendance of treatments on a VIP plan will be subject to the Cancellation/No-show policy and additional fees will be charged.
• All VIP product change requests are subject to a £50 administration fee.
• VIP plans with failed outstanding payments within the agreed time frame will be charged a £50 per month late payment fee.
• VIP plans may be paused for up to 3 months. Please contact us to pause your plan.
• VIP payments cannot be changed or stopped within 7 days of the payment date.
• VIP payment plans not fully paid within the agreed time period will be subject to a late payment administration fee of £50. If this is still not fully paid after 1 month from the end date, further steps may be taken to recover monies owed via debt collection and may include legal and collection costs.

Payments / VIP Refunds

• VIP payment plan cancellations will be charged an administration fee of £50. All treatment costs and cancellation charges will be deducted from the returned payment.
• Card / Cash refunds, if approved by Beauty Be Aesthetics, will be subject to a £50 administration fee and can take up to 10 working days.
• None attendance for treatments on a VIP plan will be subject to the cancellation / No-show policy and will incur additional charges.
• If not all or no treatments are attended on a VIP plan any money returned will be subject to a £50 administration charge. All treatment costs and cancellation charges will be deducted from the returned payment.

Cancellation / No-show Policy

• A £40 ( or 20% if booking online ) non-refundable treatment deposit is payable 48hrs before your appointment to secure your appointment slot (excluding free consultations). This will be deducted from your final treatment bill unless otherwise stated by Beauty Be Aesthetics.
• Cancellations within 48hrs of the appointment or No-shows will be allowed one more appointment slot at a time chosen by Beauty Be Aesthetics, and any further cancellations by the customer will cause the loss of the treatment deposit.

Age restrictions

• All treatments are only available to clients aged 18yrs or over. ID may be required.

Loyalty Cards

• Loyalty cards have now been discontinued as of 1/9/2024 and will no longer be valid for any treatment. No cash equivalent is available.

Previous Customer Offers

• Offers are non transferable and can only be used by the customer who has received a chargeable treatment previously with Beauty Be Aesthetics.
• Offers only apply to a full priced treatment unless stated otherwise.
• Offers start from the date and time the email is sent and expire at midnight of the date specified.
